Terms of Agreement

Terms conditions and Disclaimer Tree Elven. RTT. C.Hyp offers Rapid Transformation Hypnotherapy which includes hypnosis and regression techniques. Often a single session is all that is required to achieve results, however, some clients may need 2 or 3 sessions in order to fully resolve the presenting problem. RTT hypnosis is entirely natural, safe, and relaxing. With RTT clients remain conscious and in complete control throughout but will feel a strong sense of relaxation. During an RTT session the client is usually regressed back to early memories to help discover the root cause of their issue then the client and Tree Elven. RTT. C.Hyp work together using different tools to gain understanding of where the belief/behaviour originated, with a view to change it. RTT alone does not offer any guarantee of success. The client must want change and be open and motivated. The client must be willing to fully participate in the session and to implement the recommendations of the hypnotherapist and listen to the personalised recording every day consecutively for a minimum of 21- days. I, (The Client) hereby release Tree Elven. RTT. C.Hyp from any liability or claims that could be made against her concerning my mental and/or physical well-being during the work that has been outlined and agreed upon (now and in the future) by giving consent. I understand that Tree Elven. RTT. C.Hyp is not a licensed physician, psychologist, or medical practitioner of any kind and that hypnosis should not be considered a replacement for the advice and/or services, of a psychiatrist, psychologist, psychotherapist, or doctor. I give Tree Elven. RTT. C.Hyp full permission to hypnotise me and to use Rapid Transformational Therapy knowing that by participating fully in the process and by listening to my personalised recording for minimum 21 days I play an important role in my overall success. I understand that although Rapid Transformational Therapy has an incredibly high success rate, Tree Elven. RTT. C.Hyp cannot and does not guarantee results since my own personal success depends on many factors that Tree Elven. RTT. C.Hyp has no control over, including my willingness and desire to affect the changes inside of myself. I give Tree Elven. RTT. C.Hyp full permission to make audio recordings that may include my voice. I understand that if a recording (or recordings) are made during or after my session(s) Tree Elven. RTT. C.Hyp retains full copyright over any forms of media that may be produced and distributed to me. I hereby grant permission to Tree Elven. RTT. C.Hyp to respectfully lift my arm, touch my shoulder, my forehead and/or rock my head during my Rapid Transformational session(s) in order to help facilitate the deepening process. By signing this form, I consent that Tree Elven. RTT. C.Hyp may release information to a specific individual or agency if it has been determined that a child or elder is at risk of or is currently being abused or if I, as a client am in imminent danger to myself or others. I also understand that, at any time, Tree Elven. RTT. C.Hyp may discuss aspects of my case with other colleagues keeping my full name and Identity completely confidential always unless I have given permission otherwise. I understand that if I am epileptic or suffer from a psychotic illness it is not generally recommended that I undergo hypnotherapy. I hereby agree that by booking a session and/or signing a form it is understood that I do not currently suffer from these disorders. I can confirm that I have read the above and understand the process of RTT and hypnotherapy and accept these terms and conditions.
